Far Twittering & Oysterperch Railway

(16.5mm gauge - odd scale)

Exhibited for the first time at our 1999 show, this layout follows the ethos of the original FT&O. A circular layout, topped by a multi-coloured umbrella, together with coloured lighting, it attracted a constant stream of admirers, with plenty that remembered the original. A number of new rolling stock items have been built, whilst the originals have benefitted from some nineties technology.

It spent the summer of 2001 at The National Railway Museum, York
